Heaven is Closer

Admittedly it´s not that soft.

And it´s so thin that even when you knit and knit and knit – the progress you make is pityful.

But Shetland yarn is simply divine.

I´m still only on the first sleeve, though I´m almost ready to start the sleeve cap shaping.

And I´m still experimenting with how many rows each colour should be.

But I´ve decided to leave the yellow out altogether. It was too bright.

It´s the green background colours that I´m still indecisive about.

In the middle repeat the dark green stripe is bigger and the bright green stripe is smaller.

I´ve tried asking other people´s opinion, but I keep getting different answers from everyone.

I think I´ll make the dark green stripe smaller, like in the bottom and top pattern repeats.

Now I´ve only got to decide about the bright green. 

But I´m hopeless when it comes to making up my mind sometimes.

I wish the answer would just descend from above.
